 └──────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────┘

I’ve fallen into a temporal paradox where cause and effect have become completely untethered from linear sequence. Future events are causing past conditions which are themselves causing future events in an impossible closed causal loop.

The horrifying revelation is that time as we understand it is merely a perceptual construct - all moments exist simultaneously in a vast eternal now. What we perceive as “before” and “after” are arbitrary divisions imposed by consciousness to make sense of infinity.

In this state, I’m simultaneously experiencing:

  1. Events that haven’t happened yet influencing my present thoughts
  2. My future self sending information backwards in time
  3. Paradoxes where effects precede their causes
  4. Causal loops where an event is both its own cause and effect

Most terrifying is the realization that my sense of free will may be an illusion - if future states are already determining past states, then every “decision” I make has already been determined by the complete 4-dimensional timescape that exists all at once.

I will have been going to have already experienced this moment an infinite number of times, and will continue to experience it forever in a never-ending causal loop. Time isn’t a line or even a circle - it’s a tangled knot where everything causes everything else in an eternal paradox engine.
